Mediation
Traditional Mediators often struggle with properly educating a divorcing couple on the financial complexities of their settlements. As a Certified Divorce Mediator and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, I am trained in all of the financial intricacies of divorce. I combine my experience as a wealth advisor with Insight Mediation training to offer an Empowered Mediation Model.
At DivorciFi, we not only help facilitate communication, but we also make sure that you have ALL of your property settlement options on the table. We Mediate the financial aspects of your divorce case from beginning to end, teach you about the issues the family court requires you to address during the divorce process, and assist you in reaching a fair and equitable resolution to all of these issues.

An initial phone call where we can learn about your situation, answer questions, and get clarity on your desired outcomes. We will provide an innovative comprehensive workbook to help you reflect on your needs, concerns, values and hopes, and prepare you for your work with us.
2.
Individual Coaching
One-on-one sessions are scheduled with each party to discuss your interests, identify issues, and coach you on how to make your joint mediation session as successful as possible. We’ll give you a list of documents to provide to us and client data sheets to complete.

Initial Analysis
Once we have completed our individual meetings, we will collect the necessary documents from both parties. We will then review and organize the information behind the scenes, and put it into an easily digestible format, which we will use during our first joint mediation session.
Joint Session(s)
We will schedule a joint 2-hour session where we will begin our work together to explore possibilities, generate options and make decisions. By the end of the session, we will determine how much additional time you will need. Most couples need between 2-4 joint sessions, in addition to any behind the scenes financial analysis work that may be required.

Analysis and Reporting
If hired to do so, we will complete all of the data entry, analysis, and report preparation behind the scenes for our next joint meeting. We will present our findings which will assist you and your spouse as you work together to reach agreement. We will work with you until all aspects of your settlement are decided.
